Cancelling your subscription: a step by step guide

Want to cancel your subscription with NoraPix? That is possible at any time, with no notice period and no hidden obstacles. In this article we explain exactly how to proceed and what happens afterward.

How to cancel your subscription

First open your dashboard and navigate to the Subscription menu item. There you will find an overview of your currently active subscription. Click the Cancel button and confirm the cancellation once more in the following dialog. That already completes the process, no further action is required on your part.

Your access remains active until the period ends

After cancelling, your package stays fully usable until the end of the period you already paid for. No further charge will be made afterward. So you do not lose access to your website immediately, you can keep using and editing it normally until the current billing period naturally runs out.

What happens once the period ends?

Once the paid period ends following cancellation, your website gets paused, the same way it would after an unused trial period. Your content and settings remain fully intact. If you decide to come back to NoraPix later, you can simply reactivate your package and your website goes live again exactly the way you left it.

Refunds

Since the already paid billing period can still be used in full, a partial refund for the current period is not possible. A cancellation therefore always takes effect starting with the next, not yet paid period.

Changing your mind

As long as the paid period is still running, you can usually undo a cancellation just as easily, by reactivating auto renewal again in the same section.
