The free trial period: what is included?
So you can really get to know NoraPix without any pressure, most paid packages include a free 7 day trial. In this article we explain exactly what happens during this period, what to watch out for, and what occurs once the trial ends.
Full functionality from day one
During the trial you have unrestricted access to every single feature of the package you selected. That means you can design pages, customize your own branding, add products on shop packages, and even connect your own domain already. There is no artificially limited trial version with reduced functionality: you are testing exactly the package you chose.
No charge during the trial
No amount is ever deducted from your stored payment method during the seven days. If you already chose Stripe or PayPal as your payment method during registration, only that payment method gets stored, no actual charge is made yet. Only once the trial ends, unless you cancel beforehand, does regular billing begin.
Cancel for free at any time
You can end the trial at any point within the seven days without incurring any cost. Cancelling during the trial is simple and takes effect immediately. So feel free to take your time exploring whether NoraPix is the right fit for your project.
What happens once the seven days are over?
If the trial expires without you actively choosing a paid package or setting up auto renewal, your website gets paused. That means it becomes temporarily unreachable for visitors. Your content, settings and data remain fully intact and nothing is lost. As soon as you activate a package, your website goes live again exactly the way you left it.
Starting without a trial
If you are already convinced and do not want to test first, you can of course also purchase a package directly and activate it immediately, skipping the trial entirely.
