Viewing invoices and your payment history

Want to know which payments you have already made to NoraPix? All of your payments are fully transparent and traceable in your dashboard at any time. In this article we show you exactly where to find which information.

Subscription invoices at a glance

Under the Subscription menu item you will find a chronological overview of every billing period already charged for your auto renewing package. For each entry you see the exact charge date, the amount charged, and the payment method used, meaning whether it went through Stripe or PayPal. This overview automatically grows with every additional billing period.

Every transaction in the payment log

An even more complete overview, which includes one time purchases alongside subscription payments, can be found under the Payment Logs menu item. There you can search specifically for individual transactions, for example by transaction ID, and you get additional details for every payment, such as its status and the related package information.

Why it is worth checking regularly

It is a good idea to review these overviews on a regular basis, especially if you have an active subscription with auto renewal. That way you always keep full visibility into your ongoing costs and immediately notice if a payment ever fails or an unexpected amount gets charged.
