Editing your profile and company details

Your personal details and company information can be updated at any time, right from your dashboard. In this article we explain where to find these settings and why it is worth keeping them current.

How to edit your profile

Open the Edit Profile menu item in your dashboard. There you can update your first name, last name, company name, phone number, address, and your stored email address, among other fields. All changes take effect immediately after saving, no additional confirmation is typically required.

Why accurate details matter

Your stored details are used, among other things, for invoices and official communication. Outdated or incorrect information can therefore cause problems, for example if an invoice gets issued to the wrong address, or important notifications reach an email address you no longer use. Take a moment regularly to check whether your details are still accurate, especially after moving, renaming your business, or switching email addresses.

Your email as the main point of contact

Your email address is not just relevant for logging in, it is also the main channel we use to reach you on important matters, such as questions about your subscription, security notices, or status updates for your orders if you run a shop. Make sure this address stays correct and reachable at all times.
